Saints rewarded for persistence in A-Grade

Barnstoneworth Saints have saved their best form for the end of the season. Captain Ash Honeysett said the 5-0 win over Waratah United on Saturday was “easily our best game of the year.”

“Everyone stepped up and played really well,” Ash Honeysett said.  

“I’m really proud of the boys. It was our first win in 10 rounds, so it was nice to get some points on the board for a bit of confidence.

“It’s a pity it’s come so late in the season.”
