Orange Association seeks new rep coaches 

The Orange & District Football Association is seeking applications from qualified coaches for the positions of:

 

 Coach of the ODFA Opens Men’s Representative Team and Coach of the ODFA U20s Men’s Representative Team.

 

The successful applicants we be required to 

• prepare representative teams for any games required of the squad during the 2019 season. This will include Home & away games against Dubbo representative teams in games tentatively set down for Sat June 9th (Sat of June Long weekend) in Dubbo & Sat June 23rd in Orange.

• Run 2 selection trials during the week of Sat 16th to Fri 22nd March.

• Pick a squad of players with the help of the selection panel provided by ODFA.

•  Run training sessions fortnightly during April & early May, (wk  14, 16 & 18) then weekly from Week 20 ( 20,21,22,23,24,25)

• Provide players with training for a required level of fitness & a plan to get them to that level.

• Provide players with the training, playing system & game plan to improve their technical skill & strategic abilities.

• Appoint a Manager/ Co Coach for any duties required for the successful completion of the role.

• Be available to travel & coach the team on the dates set down above.

• Coach according to the principles set down in the FFA Coaching Code of Ethics. 

 

Applications close close of business Wednesday 6th March to the Orange& District Football Association.

Trials for rep players will be taking place over the week Sat 23rd to Fri 29th March.
